Interactive Media was a class full of opportunities to design, develop and implement technology in a supportive environment (AECT, 2012). The Duolingo Application Usability Report was a collaborative project. The other Team Green members were; Arielle Getz, Inanc Karagoz, Christina Murray, and Melissa Perkins. For this assignment we collaborated to determine the impact the Duolingo app has learners. We designed and developed a weight tasks for learners for complete, we noted time on tasks, developed a questionnaire for completion and collected the results to conclude that while half of the learners found the app easy to use, 60% were not satisfied with the leaning app.

Current Trends in Instructional Technology was one of the first classes I took towards my master’s degree. This course provided a base in designing, developing, and implementing technology into the curriculum to create a technology-rich learning environment (AECT, 2012). For the Augmented Reality in the 5th Grade Classroom project, I first wrote a paper that would act as the basis for my video. I then added multimedia elements to produce a video that leads the way to developing and implementing augmented reality to support learning.

Upon reflection, the Snake Invaders Game was one of the most challenging assignments I have completed. In the Developmental of Tech-Based Instruction course I worked closely with my partner for the developing the game, Rachel Martin, the instructor Dr. Lou, and Dr. Prevost with the Department of Integrative Biology at USF, the SME (Subject Matter Expert). The reflection allowed me to reflect on the design, development and implementation of the technology, Storyline that was used to create the game. The feedback provided by the instructor, peers and the SME helped to guide instruction and to grow professionally.
