Case Study:
During Psychological Foundations of Education several Case Study Vignettes were required. The case study used to demonstrate mastery of Standard 2.1 involved determining learning theories to best support Kayla, applying those theories and creating strategies to implement in the classroom to best meet Kayla’s learning needs.

Performance Assessment: Performance assessments are also referred to as authentic assessments, which are tests that require students to perform a task, like creating a project (OERI, 1993). For this performance assessment was it was important to implement technology that would enhance the learners’ engagement, yet still provide a way for students to demonstrate their content knowledge. The performance assessment is for students to create an infographic to demonstrate their understanding of literary archetypes.
